Build an interface for a real handoff

An interface earns its place when it makes recurring inputs clearer, review safer, or collaboration easier—not merely because a chat feels plain.

Look for repeated structure

Stable fields, recurring filters, predictable review states, and the same handoff between people are stronger interface signals than the number of times someone opens a chat.

Keep the method portable

The interface should make the underlying behavior easier to use, not trap it inside unexplained buttons. Preserve the inputs, rules, and evidence so the system can still be understood outside the screen.
