Choose one bounded task
Pick work with a clear beginning, end, and reviewer. Avoid trying to automate an entire role before one outcome is reliable.
Define proof before the workflow
Write down what the output must contain, what it must never do, and how a person will verify it. The workflow exists to produce that proof.
Install the behavior, then update intentionally
A durable Skill keeps the method close to the work. Treat updates as reviewed changes to behavior, not invisible background drift.
